THE STORY OF SIX & OUT
Six & Out is an Australian rock band formed by cricketing greats Brett Lee, Shane Lee, Gavin Robertson, Brad McNamara, and Richard Chee Quee. Born in the SCG dressing room through a shared passion for cricket and music, the band gained cult status in the late 1990s with their humorous anthem "Can't Bowl, Can't Throw," celebrating the lighter side of cricket culture. After a 23-year hiatus, Six & Out made a triumphant comeback, embarking on a sold-out national tour that thrilled fans across Australia.
Their return was celebrated with the release of a rockumentary, Six and Out: The Second Innings, chronicling the band’s history, reunion, and unforgettable live performances.
